1: First Contact

We believe communication is the key to success. At first contact, our customers are assigned a Project Manager to ensure one central contact point moving forward. Our Project Managers are Project Management Professionals certified from the globally recognized, Project Management Institute. We are committed to responding to customer inquiries within 1 business day.

2: Requirements Meeting

We know success can only be measured when it is properly defined. Before any quote is prepared, we invite our customers to a requirements meeting at their facility or ours. This provides a open platform to discuss current and future requirements so we can design products and services that align to both short-term and long-term strategies.

3: Competitive Quote

Our competitiveness is premised not only on price, but also quality and delivery time. Unlike our competitors, we strive to provide a convenient one-stop solution to our customers which may encompass one or more of the following services: design, material, machining, material treatment, deburring, assembly, packaging, and delivery.

4: Computer-Aided Design

CAD/CAM software play an integral part in our development process. Scrap cost time and money. Before any parts are physically manufactured in our facility, a computer version is produced and reviewed with our customers to ensure all required specifications are met, reducing the cost and time to manufacture.

5: Free Sample Part

We believe quality must be documented and physically demonstrated. For new production customers, we provide a free sample part that adheres to customers Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). We provide full Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) report outlining all required dimensions and requirements.

6: Safe Launch Production

We understand the inherit risks of starting a new production. To mitigate this challenge, we provide a Safe Launch Phase during production ramp up. During this phase, our team will inspect 100% of the parts and provide 24/7 support. Full production only commences when our customers are satisfied with the Safe Launch results.
